Fiscal Cliff

It will surely be interesting to see what happens with regard to the sequestration ....(err) event.
John Boehner is going to have his hands full. I was reading an article at The Tea Party Economist by Gary North.
Boehner will get withering flak from the lame stream media but if he holds on maybe we can get started in the right direction. However, he won't hold the line and go with the deal that was agreed to in 2011. This situation is the silver lining to the President's reelection. If Romney had won, as Gary points out, he'd be the one bowing and scraping to get the Democrats to play ball. Let the lame-duck presidency begin right away.

More from Cliff Fiscal

Ask Romney, Clinton to devise ‘fiscal cliff' solution The Prez should ask (the vanquished) Romney and our most recently impeached President (a title I certainly hope he won't hold much longer) Clinton to work together on solving our financial problem. Sounds like a great idea, if you've never heard a great idea before. Don't get me wrong I gave this at least 7 or 8 seconds of serious thought before rejecting it and checking to make sure I wasn't reading The Onion. I can see the big zero going with this and if he does Mitt should see if he can get Biden's job in the bargain.
